Anchorage Int'l filmfest to screen ‘Light Sight’

Iran animation is to be screened at Anchorage Int'l film festival in the US.

Iranian animation ‘Light sight’ has been scheduled to go on screen at the 17th edition of the Anchorage International Film Festival in the US.

Directed by Moslem Tabatabaee, ‘Light Sight’ is the story of a creature named M.E. who is enamored by a white light outside of its room.

“The animation has one character and one setting,” Tabatabaee told the media earlier on, adding, “The character tries to escape from the room to get to the light he sees outside.”

‘Light sight’ has so far attended some 250 international film festivals all around the world.

Founded in 2001, the Anchorage International Film Festival is held annually in December. More than 100 films go on screen in several diverse categories of the international event.

The 17th edition of the festival will be held on December 1-10, 2017, in Alaska, the US.
